Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited is seeking a :

Corporate Accounting Team Lead (Jakarta)

Main responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and control accounting transaction and activities (AR, AP, Tax compliance, GR) in accordance with accounting principles and applicable laws
  • Monitor and control the implementation of financial budgeting in accordance with the approved annual budget from parents company as well as from regulator/government
  • Develop and deliver a periodic audited financial report to support business activities related to financial and accounting report as per standardize requirements
  • Review and propose a consolidated report for SEI stakeholders in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company requirements
  • Develop and provide policy & procedure for managing accounting activities in accordance with accounting principal and applicable provisions
  • Monitor and control the implementation of accounting policy, procedures, and regulations as a part of the Audit process to ensure proper communication between company & auditor in accordance with accounting principles & applicable provisions as well as closing the audit findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting at minimum. Master/MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in holding oil and gas company is very preferrable
  • Advanced understanding of oil & gas accounting, subsidiary consolidation, and financial statement analysis.
  • Mastery of excel, microsoft word, powerpoint and. Intermediate understanding of advanced excel functions.
  • Familiar with SAP/Oracle platform
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Tax Team Lead (Jakarta)

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, control the implementation of tax strategy, and tax-related activities to ensure the compliance with Indonesian Tax Laws and local host country where the company is registered
  • Lead and organize audit facilitation and coordination for all audits done by Governments, Partners, Corporate, and appointed external auditors and ensure that all enquiries & findings are responded properly and timely manner
  • Provide advisory and support for solving any tax dispute and appeal to avoid the business from any legal issue due to tax compliance
  • Provide tax advisory and recommendation related to ensure the compliance with regulation & applicable provision in supporting A&D activities
  • Develop and provide policy & procedure for managing tax activities to comply with tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting at minimum. Master/MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in holding oil and gas company or tax consulting is very preferable
  • Extensive exposure in fundraising and M&A transactions
  • Expertise in corporate and operational tax planning
  • Experience in tax dispute
  • Experience in corporate tax (re)structuring (icl. Group’s interco transaction)
  • Familiarity with international tax rules and compliance for offshore companies
  • Strong relationship with and experience in managing tax consulting
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
