To that end, it is deemed necessary to establish a subsidiary with international coverage as overseas asset holder of which activities can be adjusted to the characteristics of the asset owned.
Pertamina Internasional EP is seeking the best candidates to join and fill the position below :
- Assistant Manager Security
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from various majors, preferably from Law/TNI/POLRI/Social and Political.
- Bachelor degree with minimum 9 years experiences or Master degree with minimum 6 years experiences.
- Work experience in the field of HSSE in oil & gas industry, preferably in the field of Security.
Main Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and socialize of security policy, guidelines, and procedure/TKO for head office and operating area
- Develop planning and preparing of security program in head office and operation area.
- Implementation of security awareness enhancement program in head office and operating area.
- Implementation of Security Management System in head office and operation area.
- Manage of security emergency and crisis (include emergency response and crisis simulation) and manage the security recovery program in head office and operating area.
- Manage security investigation at Head Office and provide advisory, support, or involved directly related to security investigation execution in operation area.
- Manage implementation of business impact assessment as a basis for developing a Business Continuity Plan (in coordination with Top Management and related Functions) and ensuring implementation of business continuity plan related to security aspect.
- Maintain relationships with intelligence institutions, BIN, BAIS, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Police Host Country, and Military Home & Host Country related to security regulation updates.
- Manage and coordinate of security training implementation and socialization to all employees and functions.
