Quality & Process Improvement Officer

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Min. 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
  • Able to work with different levels within the organization and encourage collaboration
  • Good analytical thinking & communication skill
  • Having knowledge about quality management
  • Understand about certifications
  • Familiar with CSI survey
  • Computer literate (MS. Office Word, advance in MS. Excel and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Kitchen Production Manager

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): experience as a sous chef, prior supervisory experience in a kitchen or culinary department, having a culinary background education is preferred, full knowledge of basic procedures and terminology, ability to work in flexible schedule
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Business Development Officer

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Min. 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): english, teamwork, mampu menyiapkan konsep rencana jangka panjang, mengumpulkan data dan menganalisa, menyiapkan konsep awal laporan berkala
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Engineering Officer

Requirements :

  • Min. SMU, Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): memahami instalasi listrik, pendingin AC dan teknik sipil, memiliki inisiatif tinggi, mampu membuat jadwal dan laporan kerja
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.

Food & Beverage Retail Manager

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): ensure all staff meets grooming requirment and monitor standart of procedure, direct and coordinate the activities between kitchen and service staff, handlingof cash, pos system and report of take in cash when on duty, good communicatin, interpersonal skill, ensure food safety regulations are followed accordingly, etc
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Shared Service Manager

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Well know about finance, Accounting, Human Capital, General Affair, administrations, good communication, leadership, teamwork
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
