Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with min GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 7-8 years working experience preferably who has experience in process & system improvement, market analysis, and retail business

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Qualification :

  • Min. GPA 3.0
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering
  • 3-5 years, pricing or revenue management, commercial plan/monitoring preferable in Telco ,FCMG, Airline or hotel industry

Skills :

  • Data understanding specifically related to telco product, subs and overall portfolios

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree: Master’s degree would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.
  • Have knowledge and experience in Network and IT role, preferable Network.
  • Has exposure to deal with Capex and Opex calculation and product life cycle.
  • Strong communication in both Indonesian and English, presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
  • Good understanding in Network & IT roll-out and business process is a must.
  • Has a good knowledge of fixed & mobile telecommunication system in access, transmission, core, IT and support facilities to be able to provide product solution.
  • Has an excellent capabilities as business analyst including translating business requirement into high level technical requirement.
  • Has an excellent knowledge in aligning business and solution in term of project feasibility study.
  • Has worked closely with the Consumer Business Users and Technology Team in defining and developing requirements and solutions.
  • Good ability to lead team from various organizational units to achieve end to end delivery time target.
  • Good ability to manage and develop team to ensure with quality on time deliverable.
