1. Scrum Master

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as scrum master.
  • Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.
  • Strong passion in technology & software development.

  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Expert level facilitation and communication skills: ability to facilitate teams through tough conversations and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to change, using it as an opportunity to learn, develop, practice and support the organization.
  • Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing fact, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.–> Through understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience as QA or software developer –> Experienced as one of developer’s role (QA, Frontend, Backend, Business Analyst, UI/UX, etc) is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. Understand Scrum Framework Implementation according to Scrum Guide
  • Understand Other Agile Framework & Practices will be a plus (Kanban, XP, TDD etc)

2. UX Designer

Requirements :

  • Background in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, IT or a design-related field.
  • At least 3-year experience as UX Designer.
  • Excellence in analytical thinking and data analyze.
  • Excellence in communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Marvel, Invision, Figma or other prototyping tools.
  • Experienced in using Research Tools (Lookback, UXTesting, OptimalSort, Maze, TreeJack, etc.)
  • Experienced in using Collaboration Tools (Mural, Miro, Dovetail, Airtable, etc)
  • Experienced in using Information Architecture Tools (Flowmapp, Draw.io, etc)

3. Cloud Engineer

Requirements :

  • Experienced in using cloud services provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing solutions for high performance, scalable, reliable cloud architecture
  • Experienced and understand Nix (Unix / Linux) environment
  • Experienced and capable to use shell programming
  • Experienced with Infrastructure as a Code platform such as Terraform
  • Experienced with automation tools for system configuration such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Experienced with container technologies:ContainerD,
  • Experienced in cluster orchestrators and schedulers i.e Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Experienced in using monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana Prometheus, or Datadog
  • Experienced on handling on premise cloud (openstack, proxmox, etc)
  • Having good understanding on networking

4. UI Designer

Requirements :

  • Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, IT, or related with Design.
  • At least 3 years experience in UI Designer.
  • Project Portfolio and Curriculum Vitae are mandatory.
  • Proven UI experience.
  • Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Proficiency in Marvel, Invision, Figma or other prototyping tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Has a strong understanding and knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or the latest UI trends, tech.
  • Excellence in communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experienced in using Design tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, XD, etc).

5. Back End Developer

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years working experience as Back End Developer.
  • Humble culture, zero egos, and excellent collaborative spirit.
  • Eagerness to learn, eagerness to help, eagerness to share.
  • Firm grasp of algorithms, algorithmic complexities, design patterns and principles, clean-code, and pragmatic aspects of programming.
  • Firm grasp in object-oriented, functional, or event-driven programming practices.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Good practice in Clean Code and SOLID Principle.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and CLI.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and in-memory database.
  • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
  • Good Practice using Gitflow.
  • Good Knowledge of RESTFul APIs.
  • Experienced in building large-scale web apps/services/APIs.
  • Experienced using Cloud Service such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Experienced using Docker & CI/CD deployment.
  • Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
  • Familiarity working with agile.
  • Experience in application performance monitoring and alerting, such as Datadog, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge in NodeJS is point plus
  • Strong passion in technology, programming & software development.

6. Data Engineer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of data engineering experience.
  • Having data engineer certification is a plus.
  • Have a good ability in technology: (1) Data Engineering Tools (Pentaho/Kafka/Docker/Kubernetes/Airflow) (2) Databases (SQL & NoSQL) (3) Database & Software Architecture (4) Programming (Python & Shell Scripting)
  • Have experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Crawling, Data Warehousing, Data Mart, Database Administrator
  • Have high accuracy to detail and quality oriented.
  • Have a desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in coordinating both with internal teams and other stakeholders.
