Customer Service
Requirements :
- Have a good speaking articulation and no accent;
- Maximum age 30 years old;
- Minimum High School Degree in Telecommunication or IT;
- Basic Knowledge in Telecommunication, Fiber Optic, Networking LAN, WAN etc;
- Excellent Communication Skills in Bahasa & English;
- Experienced as Customer Sercive or Contact Center in Telecommunication Industry is a plus;
- Display patience and emphaty.
Job Description
- Providing information for customers needs.
- Handle complaint with professional manners.
- Collecting all customers monthly Service Level Agreement.
- Exploring customer’s problem and give them solutions and excellent services
- Classify each problems and determine the type of problems and escalations.
