- Nature of Leadership

- Bachelor degree from Technical Majors (preferably from Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Material, Metallurgical, Mechatronics)
- Bachelor degree majoring Economics (Accounting)
- Maximum 2 years experience or Fresh Graduates
