Job Description

  • Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Take,type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Set up work procedures
  • Maintain databases
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Operate office equipment & supplies

Qualification

  • Female, max. 25 years old
  • Min. D3 Secretary, GPA min. 3.00
  • Good in personality and communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking job
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Computer literate

2. Corporate Communication Officer

Qualification

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree, Majoring in Communication or Public Relation, Business Studies.
  • Max 26 years old, Female are preffered
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good in personality and communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking job
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Computer literate
  • Good network in media, news paper, magazine, tv and others for conduct event and promotion.
  • Good understanding of social media and how to use it in an editorial environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships within the community.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
